Nelson Abbac is the pen-name of a former SWAT police officer, former elected official, a lifetime shooter and history buff. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and is currently an instructor with Project Appleseed. He has published several magazine articles, and is the author of the popular Freedom’s Forge series based in the American Revolution. He is a proud father of two in Northwest Ohio, where he is ardently admired by his three dogs and occasionally noticed by the family cat.
